MY PURPOSE

I believe that every person has a reason for being.  My purpose is to be a conduit for every person I meet; connecting them to their purpose in a way that manifests as an expression of infinite increase and potential.  I believe in the infinite possibilities of all people and businesses.  As an Industrial Psychologist I am enabled to cultivate growth and learning for individuals to become their best selves and make a difference every day in all that they do.

HR Generalist

  • Eight years’ experience in the full people value chain, mainly in the financial services industry.
  • Includes two years spent as Senior Manager: HR Operations.

HR Specialist

  • Seven years’ experience in Organisational Development.
  • Full OD spectrum from strategic alignment and talent management to coaching and team optimization.
  • Includes one year spent as Senior Manager: OD.

Strategic HR Projects

  • Restructure of an operational division including 1800 staff. Maintained satisfactory engagement levels upon completion.
  • Successfully championed the overhaul and implementation of a new Talent Management framework affecting 600 leaders.
  • Design and implementation of a holistic OD strategy that helped secure 82% employee engagement with an 88% survey response rate.
  • Championed a strategic directive to achieve Top Employer certification, and successfully secured certification for 6 consecutive years.

Achievements

  • Creation and implementation of customised team enhancement initiatives using MBTI, EQ2.0, StrengthsFinder and Insights.
  • Creation of a Specialist Performance Pipeline as a retention strategy for technical roles within the financial services industry.
  • Championed the creation and implementation of a successful performance predictive model using psychometric assessments to ensure the success of Sales Agents.
  • Responsible for designing a values based leadership brand, together with a 360° assessment to measure lived behaviours of leaders.
  • Responsible for design and implementation of a leadership development strategy, supported by fit-for-purpose coaching end mentoring programmes run internally and externally.
  • Design and implementation of a performance calibration process that yielded a marked increase in staff satisfaction regarding performance management process and feedback.
